write once, write anywhere?
I have a blog at Wetmachine.com. But in order to post a comment to a blog here, the software required me to sign in, and it created a blog site for me here.
That's silly.
P.S.: And then, after I took the time to humor the machine and create this little entry, it still wouldn't let me post a comment because it continued to reject my login. I guess these folks have things spread over different servers and the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Maybe tomorrow, if I haven't lost interest by then. It's a computer for crying out loud. Why should there be any noticable propagation delay?
I hate computers.
P.P.S.: It gets worse. I tried to send the blog author an email using the interface on the comment page, but it required not only my address, but that of a "friend" as well. Come on! They already pried content and an email address out of me, and now they want me to give up a friend? Shame on them. Hard to believe these folks are owned by Google. "Do no evil" indeed.
